Ham Needs More Adventures

Maybe one day it will be sunny again. It feels like all we have had lately is rainy and humid. We are not fans. Guess we will just keep laying around, waiting for some adventure weather to come back our way.

Optimal Napping Conditions

There is nothing better than napping outside, on the deck, in the cool(er) almost autumn air while the sun warms you!

Last Licks

Even though summer isn't officially over for another 18 days or so, it sure feels like it is. Yesterday we got our last licks of summer. Today is NOT a pool day. The forecast calls for rain which calls for napping and movies under blankets inside.

We hope everyone is enjoying their Labor Day and not laboring too hard!

Goodbye Irene, Hello Fall

Irene came and went. She left a mess. Luckily, we never lost power, only internet and phone.

Irene did leave us with beautiful weather and nothing but blue skies these last few days. It feels like fall and we are soaking it all up since its almost back to school time! We are getting excited to see some colorful leaves like these on our after school walks once again.

Who's The Boss?

This handsome guy is Sammy, Honey's brother from another mother. They get a long very well...most of the time. Honey isn't scared to let him know who the boss is.

HINT: The boss is always Honey Ham.

Back To School

Doesn't this look like a school picture for the yearbook?

Its almost back to school and back to work for us.

Lazy pool days are almost over. We are not emotionally ready to close the pool, pack up the floats or loose our golden tans! Pale is not a good color on us.

But back to school brings glorious autumn weather and after school walks. So we are thankful for that. Now if we could have nothing but sunshine and minimal humidity for these next three weeks we would be VERY happy!
